WOODY WOODHALL, CAS, Creator/Director/Writer

Woody Woodhall, CAS is a passionate filmmaker with an expertise in sound design and post production. He is producer of the acclaimed documentary, Joe Frank – Somewhere Out There and the film Silent Radio, winner of Best Foreign Film at the European Independent Film Festival. Recent sound work includes Moby Doc, a feature documentary about the electronic musician Moby, and three seasons of World Detour with Ozzy Osbourne. Woody is author of the college textbook, Audio Production and Post Production and is Founder of Los Angeles Post Production Group, (LAPPG) producing monthly events for the filmmaking community for over a dozen years.

WENDY WOODHALL, Producer

Wendy Woodhall has worked in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. She started out in marketing, PR and product placement and landed in the world of television production working on shows for networks such as MTV, The Travel Channel, Animal Planet and served as Supervising Producer for various HGTV shows. Currently, she is Executive Director of the Los Angeles Post Production Group, a highly respected industry organization, as well as Director of Operations for Allied Post Audio, an award-winning audio post company in Santa Monica, CA.

MATT MINDLIN, Director of Photography

Matt Mindlin is an accomplished Director of Photography with many commercials, comedies, and rock n’ roll documentaries under his belt. A long-time collaborator with comedy writer/performer Harry Shearer, Matt has lensed many outrageous comedy pieces including Shearer’s recent Son in Law, a motion capture satire of Donald Trump.

Matt has shot with Robert Downey Jr. for HTC, concerts for the United Nations and Green Day, as well as behind-the-scenes documentary projects with Madonna, Cher and Fleetwood Mac.

VADYM SHAPRAN, Editor

Vadym Shapran is a Ukrainian filmmaker, director, and editor based in Los Angeles, California. He is founder of the video and design production agency, Avision Media. With over a decade of experience in video editing, directing, and commercial animation he is recognized by clients and global companies including Jack in the Box, Merck, Asus, Valve, Nescafe, Avis Budget, SeatGeek, and more.

NICHOLAS HUBBELL, Composer

Nicholas Hubbell founded Just Music, a music production house, producing hundreds of soundtracks for film, TV and radio. His scores include soundtracks for children’s programming such as the Dr. Seuss Beginner Book Series for Random House, and Anne of Green Gables. He also composed for documentaries including The Men Who Brought the Dawn featured in The Smithsonian Museum and Pitching Man featured in the Baseball Hall of Fame. His music also appears on a number of networks, such as CBS, NBC, ESPN and Nickelodeon.

KC MUSSMAN, Special Effects Makeup

KC Mussman is a talented special effects makeup artist and was a finalist on season 12 of Faceoff and a fan favorite on Syfy’s Gameface. She is the owner of the makeup effects studio, Nocturnal Designz in Hollywood, California, a FX shop specializing in the design and production of make-up effects, props, as well as fabrication for the film and fashion industry.

KC’s mission through Nocturnal Designz is to create high quality visuals and let their make-ups breathe life into even the most other worldly creatures. She is known throughout the industry as one of the leading ladies in make-up effects and contributes to make-up schools education and safety around the world.

BRUCE LOGAN, ASC, Colorist

Bruce Logan, ASC has been a Director of Photography in the film industry and commercial world for over 40+ years. He is a Director, Colorist, Writer, Special FX Supervisor, and Producer as well as a member of The Motion Picture Academy and the Directors Guild of America.

Bruce has had the privilege of working with directors such as George Lucas, Stanley Kubrick, Roger Corman and Joel Schumacher. Best known for being “the guy who blew up the Death Star” in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, Bruce has also worked in visual effects for 2001: A Space Odyssey and served as cinematographer for the science fiction action-adventure hit film, Tron. Bruce also produced Madonna’s second video, Borderline. It was an honor to have Bruce as part of this project.
